Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

This page is a plain-English summary of what we collect and why, written by the Quadrillioneuro team rather than a law firm. If you need this reviewed for formal compliance purposes, please have a qualified professional check it against current Irish/EU data protection law before relying on it.

What we collect

When you register interest in a seat, we ask for:

If you type your email into the hero field before opening the registration form, we may save it as a pre-registration so you don't have to retype it.

If you arrive via a referral link, we record which existing registrant referred you, so we can credit their place in line.

What we don't collect

We never ask for payment details, passwords, or government ID at the registration stage. No money is collected anywhere on this site today — bidding, and any related payment flow, is not yet active.

How it's stored

Your information is stored with Supabase (a hosted Postgres database) under row-level security rules that prevent anyone — including us — from reading other registrants' email addresses through the public board. Only your name, seat, and country are ever displayed publicly, and only once bidding opens for that seat.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or remove your registration at any time by emailing us.

Who is responsible for your data

Quadrillioneuro is a trading name registered in Ireland and is the data controller for the information described above.

How long we keep it

Your public entry is kept for as long as the record exists — that is the point of it. Your email address is kept for as long as your entry stands, and is deleted when you ask us to remove it. Email addresses captured as pre-registrations that never became entries are deleted after 12 months.

Who else processes it

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors above.
